I was moving cross country and needed both my pianos moved, 1 upright and 1 grand. Rolly's were the company subcontracted by the Toronto piano moving company I hired. The movers were rude and made me very uncomfortable - when they couldn't fit the grand where it needed to go, rather than suggest solutions or simply act professionally, they stood around laughing - apparently my inconvenience and misfortune were hilarious - and shooting the breeze with one another. I've honestly never met such rude, unprofessional movers, and I've moved a lot. Their attitude was horrible and my grand ended up with damage I still haven't been able to find anyone to fix. (They claimed it wasn't their fault - naturally.) I do not recommend this company. Disrespectful, unprofessional, rude.
