Desmarais Cabinets

Promised " wow factor". Many delays. Tried to connect before warantee ran out for chips in product. Owner stated illness. I followed up to allow respectful time then reached out again. No reply from company.
I would be happy if company would connect with me to rectify experience and provide a positive review.

The cabinets supplied are overpriced, and the work on the countertop shoddy.
We were "advised" (against my better judgement) to go with the more labour intensive, and therefore more expensive countertop, which resulted in shoddy work, as it already starts to delaminate after just a few months.
There was no follow up after the job was finished, as Mr. Desmarais is probably to busy catering to his "big" customers in more deserving homes.

Desmarais Cabinets: The storage units/cabinets were done beautifully, and delivered on time. The price was reasonable, and the end product was superior. The project was quick and painless. The installers were tidy and efficient. We would recommend Desmarais Cabinets to everyone.

nothing else but variety and a lot lot more...beautiful and elegant styles and carpentry to perfection....quality durability and appealing ....great custormer satisfaction and very good service....i recommend this store to all my friends

He did not return phone calls, the tile work was sub standard and when it was redone there were still many flaws (ie the grout was uneven, no experience in tiling). The granite work was started but unfinished for a year (missing piece behind stove)
