We went into the store and bought around $5000 worth of furniture for various rooms in our new home. We were to move in in October, bought the furniture in August. We didn't get 1/2 of our furniture until January!! Within a couple of months, our wooden table and chairs was cracking. Called the store. Had to go through 4 different people to get someone out to look at it. From there, another several people and 3 months later, a replacement. The reps to talk to were very rude, and disorganized. Not a pleasant experience for us at all!
