Beni is a good man. He works very hard and does good work. My window had been installed about 10 years ago by others and Beni didnt bad-mouth their work but explained thoroughly how he was going to repair the window (rotten frame/ ugly canopy). The final repair is 100% better looking and so far so good. My only issue with Beni is his workload, his cell phone never stopped ringing the 3 days he was here and it did distract him from my repair a little. A 2 day job turned into 3 but he stayed late to get it done. His price wasnt cheap in my mind but watching him do the repair I got my moneys worth. Thanks Beni.

Beni provided excellent customer service and quality work. As a professional he changed the glass on the basement window and I was very satisfied. He puts customers first by offering the best solution. For the very first time I met an honest person who primary concern was the best interest of the customer. I will refer him to everyone I know. Hard working guy with good hands

This is the second project we had Luxdoor doing for us and we have also referred them to our family as well. I am truly disappointed with Benny. We had done our windows upstairs of our house this time in April 2018. Prior to completing the project we had asked him to apply for the government grant and assured us that he will. After completing the project he continued to assure us that he will apply for the grant on our behalf (government requires the contractor to apply for the grant, not the customer).

After a couple of weeks we called him to follow up on the status and he continued to reassure us that the government rebate application was filed. Followed up a month after still the same response from Benny Three months later still not a single notification from the government. Benny has deceived us. There was no application filed. The government rebate is 5000 and requires minimal effort from the contractor to apply for the grant aside from uploading the invoice and pictures of the work done. The money would have paid almost half the cost of the project. I'll not be referring Benny's company to family members going forward anymore.

Great quality work and very efficient! Beni was very quick to respond and provide us with a quote for the work we needed done. He replaced our broken window glass and put in a number of window screens around our house. His work was great and he was friendly to deal with. Very competitive price as well. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!!

Beni was responsive, delivered faster than expected, cleaned up after the work and we are very happy with our door. We went with some of his recommendations for colours and we were pleased with the results. It looks beautiful!

Benny did a great job 16 Windows on our newly renovated multi use building. All windows were build as specified with no delays and no issues. Installation was seamless. We will defiantly use LuxDoor again in future projects.
