Wilsons did not properly install my wired motion sensor (sensor was shorted) and as a result the alarm was triggered and I received a fine for the false alarm. When I asked for a quote on a basic camera system they quoted me nearly 2000$. Also, I don't recall any mention of a one year contract and when I decided to opt out and go to Eastlink they told me I was bound to a 1 year contract even though I paid for the equipment upfront. Why would you bind someone to a contract for basic monitoring as part of a takeover of an existing system?

Great service. Reasonable equipment cost (similar equipment and cost to other local companies) but lowest monitoring cost. Equipment has been very reliable. The couple of times we accidentally triggered the alarm got a call right away to verify our password. Happy.

Wilson's supplied all the material at a good price and was available to give advice anytime it was needed. When the equpt. Was installed they arrived and comissioned it with a friendly service.
