I appreciate that they called to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with the work before they asked for the final payment, i.e. the remainder after the 10% deposit. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and the installation team was very professional and finished all work promptly and without problems. They cleaned up so well you would never know they were here. We love our new Metstar Shake Stone-Coated Roof and have received many positive comments from our neighbours.
