This experience was the worst we have ever had, customer service was horrible, with the people involved to the Site Supervisor even. We feel they had
No integrity,and no honesty in the job they did for us. The workmanship, the pride in a job done well is not even evident. They poured our foundation wrong and in doing so and not correcting this error right in the beginning( they did not even tells us) we received a laundry room that was a much smaller room than we had contracted for. Along with bricking over our man door, putting up the wrong brick on the front of the house, the wrong garage door, 2 cracks in the walls, and other serious mistakes, and concerns about
the end product we are so upset with East Forest.We had a meeting with the VP , which we felt absolutely no compassion about what they did to us, she even came to our home and looked at all of the issues we had....she said that they should build as a new home but in a different area than where we want to live in.....what does that tell you!
Anyways as of right now, November 28th/11 we will continue to push and push until we get some kind of compensation....see the whole story in google review shortly.....our dream home experience was one of the worst experiences that we have had experienced for a huge money purchase. We do not want other people to go through all of the aches and pains that we have and continue to as of this moment. It is truly sad that these things can happen in this day and age where technology is here to help make each job an easier transition and the word "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is so essential now in keeping your customers happy and away from the competition. We would love to see a resolution to all of this.
