Update:
In the end everything was replaced and fixed. I do not expect things to go as smoothly and get taken care of as quickly as it did. Overall I am Impressed with East Forest Homes in resolving the issue.
New Condo Sewage Problem
I've lived in my condo for over three years now, I've had constant sewage floods in my home on and off. I have damage to my carpets and baseboards through out my entire place.
I was told it was a broken pipe under my unit, I currently have my floors ripped up to find the issue. It turns out, it wasn't a broken pipe under my unit at all, it was concrete...
When they were pouring the foundation they poured concrete down an open exposed pipe. Instead of fixing this issue it was ignored, now my life is a sewage filled living hell.
The cosmetic look of these homes are deceiving they look nice but underneath is a horrible mess. Be careful when buying from East Forest Homes.
