Certapro Painters Langley

First time I’ve used Certapro and I hit the jackpot. Tequila did an amazing job on the exterior of my house . Believe me you won’t be disappointed with the results.

Matt came to give me an estimate, very nice and very professional. Jason and Dan came to do the work, also both very nice and professional. They had to move some very heavy furniture to do the job and did so without complaint. I would recommend this team to anyone. My condo looks brand new! Thanks to the team for their great efforts and hard work.

Had Certapro come to paint my interior, my painter was Jason and he did an amazing job, I am very happy. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their house re painted.

After reading the other reviews here, I can shed some light on both the great and the not-so great reviews.
We needed a crew to paint my in-laws' new townhouse. Matt came out and did an amazing job of estimating, accommodating changes and being patient while we sorted out our schedule of other renos that were interfering. The initial crew sent in was a very nice team, but lacked experience, and a number of areas needed re-work. Matt dealt with this very professionally, and always kept us confident that he would make sure we were satisfied before he considered the job done. He truly understands the concept of customer service!
The rework (and some additional work downstairs) was done by Jason. Jason clearly loves what he does - he was accommodating and patient, as well as being friendly and efficient. Bottom line - I'd recommend this company - they'll either get it right or make it right. Thanks Matt and Jason!

Just like to say Certapro painted the outside of my house 2 years ago and last year I had them stain all my decks. They did a great job, and if it wasn’t done to my satisfaction or I had any concerns to was dealt with promptly. I would recommend this company for your painting needs. I really enjoyed having them at my home.

Great experience through and through. Competitive estimate and great follow through. My painter Jason was on point and very caring for my home. He was attentive to my needs. Great finishing and very happy with it all.

"Sorta Pro" They subcontract there jobs to painters desperate for work and pay them a contract price below industry standards. You may get lucky and get an experienced crew or you may get some kid in college with little experience. Yet the company charges top rates.. the poor painters are tempted to cut corners so they can make some money as the company takes the lion share of the profits to spend on elaborate marketing packages to sell you on how "professional" they are. This creates a high turnover of painters as the good ones move on.. The person they send to quote on the job is a salesperson on commission with no painting experience. Buyer beware..

We have used CertaPro services on 2 occasions this summer, once to paint exterior trim on a house we prepared to sell. and then the interior walls of a newly purchased townhouse The staff were courteous and helpful with prompt estimates and in each case they provided the lowest estimate! The work was scheduled efficiently for both jobs each of which were very time sensitive. The painters arrived as scheduled and gave excellent service, with careful attention to preparation, with removal of blinds, edge taping, filling of small holes and the use of drop sheets at all times..(usually taped to the floor!). Both jobs were completed with 2 coats applied to all areas, on time and with excellent final results. We are very happy with the services provided by CertaPro and we are recommending this company to anyone who sees the finished work.

I found CertaPro staff to be efficient at all levels. Very shortly after I contacted their office, an estimator came to my home to assess the situation. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The painters were sent in short order and worked diligently to complete the job in as timely fashion as possible. I would recommend this company to others.
