Similar to another review, we were quoted 3 movers and a 5 ton, we got 2 movers and a cube van... 2 hours late. They had to hustle and I give credit to Mike and Ruth for hustling but the response from the sales guy when I complained after being billed MORE than quoted for a failure of a move was weak, he refunded me a few bucks and said his hands were tied!! They couldn't fit the contents of our storage locker in the end and just barely moved our house contents. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We thought the big boys would give us peace of mind and good service...we were WRONG.
