UPDATE: The carpet that was laid did not match the colour on the sample board that I had chosen. After three months of unsuccessfully trying to get the matter resolved with staff, I posted a negative review on Homestars. Immediately thereafter, the owner of the company, Dan, contacted me. Dan came to the house, saw that there was a noticeable colour difference and was open to working towards resolution. I am confident that he will ensure the matter is resolved. I am hopeful that his staff will take note of the appropriate way to deliver customer service.

If I could select a zero rating, I would. Very unprofessional, do not stand behind their product and extremely poor customer service. Paramount was recommended through an insurance claim. The carpet they laid did not match the carpet sample by a very noticeable amount, e.g., adult men could easily see the difference :) I have had to follow up continually - and three months later, there is still with no resolution. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
