Re-Attaching of a 30 Foot stretch of fence on to a newly poured driveway

I had a new driveway poured and had to get a portion of my chain link fence re-attached to the concrete. I had hired this company in the past to supply and install fence for 2 of my properties so I trusted them. I didn't get a quote, which was definitely a mistake because they charged me $1198.00 for 5 hours work. When I asked for a breakdown of their charges, they could not provide it for me. Would not recommend or use again.
