I've purchased from Ethan Allen in Mississauga about $3,000.00 worth of Paris Texas window hardware (expensive, hand painted hardware). They offered the best price and were very professional in their dealing with my purchase. Indeed, their courteous and informative manner made me feel good about purchasing the window hardware from their store. As well, a few days after I picked up the products, Cathleen - the Ethan Allen manager I dealt with when I ordered the hardware - called me at home and asked me if I was happy with my purchase and if everything was going alright with the hardware installation (I installed the window hardware myself rather than hiring a professional installer). I told her that everything was going fine but I also mentioned that she was the first retailer to follow up on one of my purchases, which was impressive. Hence, I recommend Ethan Allen Mississauga to anyone who loves quality products and excellent service!
