I come here for pretty much any house hold electronic. Not only is the staff knowledgeable but also very friendly. These are people that use the same stuff that they will sell you. I was building a custom built computer myself and had several guys helping me to pick out parts when I wasn't sure which one I should go for; telling me from personal experience themselves which saved me money when I wanted a more expensive product than I actually needed.

Not only that but when at the till they recognized certain items I forgot to purchase and went to get the items for me without having to leave the till myself.

Important Tip: Shop around online at other stores to find the best price then go in and use their price match guarantee to save even more! Not only will they match other store deals but also deals from other online Canadian websites, even if it's a sale.

I've lost track how many times I've gone here. They always are straight up and helpful. Seems each time I go there, they have more services, supplies and product lines. In a sea of giants, here is the gem.

Memory Express is a great place to go if you need a computer or computer parts. I bought my video card, wireless router, wireless adapter from Memory Express. Same product,The price is lower than Futureshop and Bestbuy. The online inventory is helpful.

Last semester, my harddrive failed completely. I panicked, and was worried that I had lost one of my final papers.

A friend helped me take my desktop over to Memory express, and the service worker was amazing. He was very respectful, and helped me find options to recover my information. The staff there are very knowledgeable and were able to explain everything easily to me.

While I wasn't able to get my paper back, I was shown methods that I can use to prevent that sort of data loss in the future

I bought some memory for my computer & they did a price match, so i got it for a better price. Very helpful & friendly staff. Also i believe this is an Alberta company so it's nice to shop locally!

i have been there before. The staff are friendly and helpful, and not patronizing. They have a very good selection of computers and computer accessories. And was very satisfied with the purchase and have been shopping there for many years.
