The installers were fantastic! Love the trim work they did to finish off this fabulous door. So friendly, tidy and fast.

I wanted to have a window installed in a windowless room.
I called Doug James of Comfort King and with in a couple of days he was abLe to meet with me and take a look at the room in question.
He took various measurements and described two window types he felt would suit.
He sent me some pricing and and his crew soon appeared and installed my window.
The crew were most careful of my carpeting putting down tarps and after they left I would never have known any work had been done...my home was so clean. I highly recommend this company!

This is the third time I have used Comfort King in five years, both at my previous residence and my current one. They were recommended to me by a close friend. The window products are first rate and the install crews are great guys who know their stuff and do a really good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The salesman and the installers were top notch. Aldo expressed confidence in the products and answered all our questions in great detail and to our satisfaction.

The installers were a pleasure to have in our home - we hardly knew they were there except for some noise, they were after all replacing windows and doors. They knew what they were doing and did so without screw ups. The intrusion was minimal and they were on time. They were courteous and very professional. We would not hesitate to call them again.

Very prompt, polite and presentable crew. Arrived slightly ahead of schedule, and worked on both doors simultaneously. Great care was taken on the structural essentials: solid, level threshold, properly shimmed and screwed around frame, and spray foam insulation around complete perimeter. Internal and external trim work and caulking were carefully and methodically done and the results are functionally and aesthetically near perfect. The lockset and hardware function perfectly, and both doors operate exactly as you would expect an expensive, new door to function. The crew were very concerned about leaving zero mess behind, and of course both old doors, etc. were removed. Overall this was a very positive experience, and a nice upgrade to the value of our home.

They replaced our windows. They were friendly courteous and cleaned everything up when they left. Super satisfied.
