went to BMR to purchase a wooden play structure for the backyard. The salesperson was very helpful in choosing the right product that would meet our needs and budget. Easily assembled, the kids love it!

Even though I was a prior customer, they demanded that I fax them a photo copy of the front and back of my credit card and my driver's license. Then they cancelled the order without telling me!!! Wasted a whole day waiting for the delivery.

Great sales rep, although the reps in tne express area were generally less than helpful. He always knew our names and was very accomodating, and gave good prices in return for loyalty from us.

They are attentive to details and it is quick to get in, get your materials and get out. When returning for additional stones about a week later, I took the wrong ones. Clerk asked if same project as last week, if so, these are wrong stones. WOW

I recently finished installed a humidifyer on my furnace and I had to run a water line from the existing supply to my humidifyer. The kit (from honywell) did not come ready for PEX. I first went to HD, but could not find either the part and assistance, so I immediately went to BMR orleans. The sales associate, a gentleman in his mid 50-60 was fantastic. He came with me to select the appropriate material, offered to come to my home (if needed) and provided free rental of the PEX crimper... From now on, everytime I have a technical question, BMR is my first choice
