Livingwood Floors Inc

My husband and I had been looking around for a company to do our floors and visited every store in Salmon Arm and when we came to Livingwood Floors we were so impressed with the quality of service and attention to our needs. It seemed like every other store tried to push onto a product that was either on special or in their inventory because it was an easier sale. When we went to Livingwood, they took the time to understand our needs before they made recommendations as to what floors were suitable for us. We have three kids and a dog but wanted hardwood and instead of pushing us into an easy sale they explained the pro's and con's of different hardwood finishes and alternative products to hardwood. They were so helpful, honest and trusting. It is so very nice to see that there are still people in business whos purpose is to help a customer get what is right for them, not just for their company. A year and a half later and I am still so happy with my floor, and the staff I now consider friends, not just sales people.
