Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased our first home from Cassavia in Angus. 15 years later, still waiting for our initial deposit to be returned. Poor quality workmanship and even worse customer service from this builder. Had foundation and water issues after 3 years. Also, there was supposed to be a draw to win a brand new truck - they used this scheme to help advertise and sell the new townhomes. This draw never even took place.
