Dhaliwal Gardening & Landscaping never returns your calls for days and weeks. Vinnie is very incompetent, employs migrant labor who have been here for merely a few months. The re-seeding program for my lawn was poorly done by this migrant labor. There was no follow up after repeated calls to Vinnie. Lawn shows large patches of poor soil with no grass and infested with all kinds of weeds.
