Negligently installed system. Numerous false alarms, huge time-waster. Took months to fix the errors which involved a failure to anticipate that a simple mail delivery through the slot would trigger the glass break. Smoke alarm constantly triggered at low threshold, could not fix. Main unit failed right after warranty expired, charged exorbitantly to fix defective equipment. Then were nothing short of rapacious and rude (Yoram and Bev) in demanding payment of their coercive bill, and refused to accept notices of cancellation. Now we're in court.
