Ordered washer, dryer combo (Samsung) to be delivered the next week. Everything went smoothly. Except I did find the responses from the online chat support could be a bit slow. The next day my fridge started dying. So I was able to order another fridge through them. They waived the install fee and linked the fridge to my previous order so that everything would be delivered at the same time. Everything went smoothly except the first customer service rep through online chat told me I needed to contact my original sales rep and my original sales rep did not respond to my call/email. So I called on the number and spoke to a new sales rep and he got everything set up and when I emailed him on the scheduled delivery day to confirm the fridge was coming he got back to me right away.
The actual delivery was on time and it was great being able to track them on the day of delivery. The delivery team was quick, careful and efficient. They took all the packaging with them after installing (I paid for install). They left the old water hoses and dryer tube behind. I’m not sure if that is standard? Overall very happy with this business.
