My wife and I bought a GE refrigerator from CAS which arrived on a Friday with a scratch on the front right out of the box. Since the customer service did not work on Saturday or Sunday we called on Monday (took us over 4 hours to get someone to talk to), which then we were told that it would be impossible to exchange since it has been over 48 hours. I would not work with this company again.
