I had an issue with a table bought from them. They were able to solve my problem and now I have the perfect piece for my living room. Highly recommend them. Others have said their prices are high but the table I bought was over $1000 less than at a competitor!
Great service until there's a problem
I will say their service is very good right up until they get your money. After that, they couldn't care less.
Our coffee table took a month to come. During that time we had to order different chairs for our living room that were bigger than the original from another store. Now the coffee table is slightly too big. So the day after we got the table we asked to exchange for a smaller one and use the difference in price to buy other things from their store. Not for a refund at all, the money still stays in the store. This is of course after they take 20% for themselves for the hassle. Because I didn't have the box anymore they would not take back our brand new table. They offered for us to do a straight exchange for the 2 tables and they keep the $400 difference!
Buyer beware.
