Once they have your money - Good Luck getting any service. Have asked for my warranty four times, only one response and still no warranty. 83 days so far. I don't think the windows are "Energy Star" Getting tons of condensation ( more that my 28 year old windows), even on the sealed units. Not what I had expected for $10,000. Fit & finish not great. Some 45 degree corners on the trim not lined up and just filled with silicone? Tons of nail holes in trim. I would not recommend this company.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Improve communication & follow up. Treat the customer the way you did before you got the money. Improve after sales service. Improve quality of product and install fit & finsh.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Get the warranty up front. Don't pay the last 50% until you are completly satisfied. Make sure the windows are "Energy Star"
