After seeing the positive reviews, I decided to give Mark a call. Mark was very professional, courteous, and did a great job in the time he said it would take to complete. I highly recommend Mark.

This is not my first review on this company. However I am compelled to do so again due to service excellence above and beyond the norm. Mark completed all of the required wiring for my new pool pump and related fixtures, he did the job neatly and professionally... that was enough, but after my pool equipment installer could not get my new pump running as it tripped the circuit breaker on every attempt, I called Mark at House Depot and he arrived at 9:30 pm after a long day working on other jobs, he drove for an hour to get hear, spent an hour and a half checking all of the related circuits only to find that the pump had been wired incorrectly... he fixed the problem packed up shook my hand and left. No charge!
Folks it does not get any better than that.

My review is simple, My regular electrician was out of town for an extended out of province job and I needed my work completed so that my pool equipment installer could proceed.
I called House Depot, got Mark on the phone right away, we scheduled a time he and his helper arrived as promised and the job was completed in a professional manner and to my satisfaction for a fair price.
I am a very fussy guy and like things to look neat and tidy Mark did this without my asking.
I will call House Depot again when the need arises.

I was so lucky to reach Mark on a Friday afternoon. My brother and father have an old breaker system in there home and are normally reluctant to call professionals, preferring to fix things on their own. A breaker that delivered power to an entire floor was broken and needed replacement. My brother and father were unsure about dealing with an electrical issue. Not being familiar with House Depot, I took a chance on them on behalf of my brother and father, solely based on the many excellent reviews. Mark and I stayed in touch via text and phone so I felt assured the problem was going to be resolved despite the time of day. Mark arrived, took care of the problem with efficiency and charged my brother fairly. Thanks again Mark! We will likely be in touch for more work in the future!

Our store's MakeUp air unit was not working, I asked the installer to comeby and fix it , he did some testing and said the unit's electromotre is burned out and needs to be replaced, and he said if he send us somebody to take it out, it will cost us $300 and the electromotor is another $400.
I asked Mark for a second opinion, he found the problem, it was a switch !!!, he fixed it for us for a very reasonable cost.
I highly recommend Mark to everybody who needs his service.

HE CAME ON SUNDAY MORNING AND QUICKLY FIXED THE PROBLEMS, MARK DOES GAS, HEATING AND COOLING AS WELL

I called Mark from House Depot when my furnace started giving my problems on a cold Friday evening. Once he determined that my furnace was working, he agreed to come the following morning. Mark called when he was going to be late. I was worried because I had to leave at noon to go to a wedding, but Mark was efficient and got the boiler up and running, telling me that he would order the needed part and come back at no charge to install it. (He even called later that evening to ensure all was well with the boiler) True to his word, Mark came back a couple weeks later and installed the part. Mark was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am a recent home owner and will have Mark back in the future to do some other work I need done and I would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing HVAC or electrical work.

My condo's heating system died on me on new years eve and once again Mark was avialable to visit and fix the furnece. Outstanding costumer service. Will recommend for other jobs again.

Our boiler/radiator system went out in the morning on a Saturday and Mark was there the same day and had it back up and running quickly. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. Would call Mark and House Depot again for sure for any problems with my heating or cooling. He is also an electrician and will be using him for some projects around the house. Thanks Mark!
