Elite railing installed custom built railing and glass for my back yard deck a few years ago. After a few years the black paint began peeling and so i contacted Les to take a look for repairs. He came out and agreed to repair the rails. 6 months after his initial visit, he has not comeback to do the repairs as promised, even though he continued to say he would over the phone for many months. I like my railing, but the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. I would not recommend Elite Railing to anyone.

We are overjoyed with our beautiful railings- very chic! Les was courteous and professional, and the final product looks great! The railings have more of a custom look, which is fantastic!
