De Hoog Piano Movers

I had an excellent experience with DeHoog piano movers. They offered a flat rate that was very fair for the industry and the movers were clearly professionals in this area. They were able to move my upright piano up a flight of 15 stairs shockingly quickly and without any damage to the piano or walls. They also laid down material to protect my floors once they could wheel the piano to its new location. Communication was sometimes slow (probably because their great service is often busy), but they are worth the patience of a bit of texting back and forth.

De Hoog moved a piano for me this winter. They were the only company that would commit to a specific time to move the piano so I didn't have to wait around all day. When they came they were very careful around new Italian ceramic tile floors and made moving the piano look incredibly easy. Pleasant to deal with and prompt, professional responses. The price was also about the best of any company I contacted out of 4 or 5. Very happy I found and used this company and I highly recommend them.

December 1, 2108 I have just had my grand piano moved by DeHoog. I can't wait to give them a 5 stars rating. Disassembling, moving and setting up the grand piano from Oakville to Milton only took about an hour. Communication from start to finish was fast, professional and awesome. Willing to do a bit more for me without extra charge. My title says it all. Thank you Jim and Staff.

I'm very happy with the experience. They were easy to get a hold of, several other companies did have the courtesy of returning my call. The cost was very reasonable. They did everything they said they would do and on the agreed upon schedule, we're kind, smiling and lent a helping hand with a couple of other jobs. I would definately use them again...9/10.
