Dropped off a robotic pool cleaner on May 9/18. Told the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. Did not receive a follow call or email. Emailed AquaTech on May 29/18. Did not receive a response. Followed up on May 30/18. Did receive a response " have not looked at it". No comment as to the timing of a review or repair. Followed up again on June 5/18 inquiring when it would be looked at and repaired. Received a reply of " The Pool Robot Guy might be able to fit you in? Phone# ...
But it is busy sorry". I chose to pick up the cleaner on June 19th, almost 6 weeks later with out any resolution.
When I picked the cleaner, I was asked why? I replied it has been almost 6 weeks with nothing happening. they replied "we are busy you know".
