When all else failed, and everyone is ripping you off, call Vic at Air Kool! He got us out of a jam, when the warranty had expired and the "Maintenance" schedule we had signed on for threw their hands up and said it needs to be replaced (units were only 3 years old!) He fixed it lickety-split! Kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and professional! He's your go-to guy!!

Air Cool has always been there for us. We have used this company in the past for the installation of a furnace. This summer our air conditioner stopped working and the same day that we called someone was here to get it back up and running again. The serviceman was professional. The air conditioner continued to work for one month and then stopped working again. We were advised that we would need a new one. The air conditioner was ordered but we knew that we would not need it this year as the cool weather was coming so they are going to install it in the spring. We have been told that the price would not increase.

VIcotr and Kevin are the best guys who could ever do a job for you. We would vote them #1`. Respectful, did what we wanted plus. So trustworthy. Excellent company and team...We would highly recommend...
