All Weather Windows Renovations

We replaced our back door with a door assembly which included internal blinds from All Weather Windows Ltd. From sales, scheduling/coordinaton to the excellent installation, we are very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend using AWD.

All Weather replaced 2 -4 x 4 windows on my 2nd floor and did an amazing job, their workmanship was excellent, I highly recommend All Weather windows, the 2 windows were in a difficult location on 2nd story and I was amazed how well the job was done.

We agreed at 6.30 pm that a person would come and measure 9 windows for us. They did not wait for it. As soon as we got through to him, he said that he had already come to us earlier than the appointed time. Didn't even call us. I think that this is how they work without respect for the client.

AVOID THESE WINDOWS. They hide behind their vague warranty to stick it to the customer.

Our home is only 6 years old and two of the All Weather Windows are bubbling and warping due to the recent heat wave. Paid over $300 to have a tech come onsite for 20min and blame our thin window coverings for trapping the heat.

As you can see in the pictures, PVC is separating away from the seals and the outer frame is buckling inward. One of the faulty windows opens to let fresh air in and release any 'trapped heat' from our window blinds. The last photo is a picture of our window coverings (in which all of our windows have, yet only two have become problematic with the heat....) blowing about due to gusts of wind....but apparently "trap heat"???

All Weather Windows will not stand by their product and blames the consumers for their poorly made windows.

The promised follow up inspection after installation never occurred. Some windows started to fall apart and doors were not properly seated causing mold. Our warranty service request was greeted with hostility and threats of a several hundred dollar charge.

Hindsight is 20/20 and we regret choosing All Weather Windows. Terrible products and no customer service support (they don't response to emails or phone calls). Do not believe them if they say they have warranty, as in actuality, there are so many reasons they won't honor it. I am going to figure out who owns this company as they are the Worst company ever!!

Our windows got damaged by hail, our sales man Graham, hired out Alex to do the replacement. He was so amazing, the quality of work will be amazing, when he came to get measurements for the window he noticed one of my kids had a hard time opening the back door, he went out of his way to realign both my front and back door. He went above and beyond!

Our house was built in 2014. All the windows are from All Weather Windows, including the PCV sashes. Some of them have become warped from the sun, and we have consulted TWO external window experts who verified that this is due to POOR quality of the PCV product from All Weather Windows. This should clearly be covered under warranty, but we have been told that it is not because of ‘extreme heat’. We live in Edmonton and these windows/windows components are supposed to withstand Edmonton weather. We did nothing to induce ‘extreme heat’ conditions on our windows. Obviously, they’re wiggling out of honouring their warranty!

So disappointed that they’re not fixing this problem.

Horrible horrible horrible company! Not trustworthy if they can’t even stand behind their warranty and their products!

All Weather Windows is a good supplier of Windows and Doors and today I met one of their Service Technicians, a gentleman named Thao.
Thao was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. It was quite obvious that he has a strong desire to provide excellent customer service and ensure the product is functioning perfectly. He completely exceeded my expectations!

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE DID
OUR WINDOWS IN OUR HOUSE OVER THREE YEARS.
Salesperson is great, the pair of guys who put the window in are awesome. Have not had any problems. The only problem was the patio
door sticks a little but Luke reported that right after he installed it.
They are coming to fix it. We got the triple pane windows and have notice
a difference in the sun coming in. We had no problems with the other
windows over the winter. Would recommend this company.
