I had all of the windows replaced in my home and I am very happy with the results. My original windows were double pane and I had them replaced with triple pane units. The triples provide a better R-value, but the reduction in noise was a big plus as I live on a bus route. I did have to upgrade to a wider window casing (originally planned on using the originals), but that's renovations ... surprises are common :) My experience with AWW from start to end with the sales and install staff was great and the job was completed as promised.
