It's hard to explain how much stress this company put on our move from Toronto to Vancouver.
It all started very well with a long QA with our rep Trey and you could get all the answers to your questions. How easy it will be considering our situation. However, once we got closer to our agreed moving date, it appeared that the pick up has been cancelled 3 business days before the date. And the only option is to pick up all the stuff the next day(on Saturday morning), which means that you are left in an empty apartment for 5 days and have to pack everything in 1 day. The only other option was to cancel the move.
The moving team didn't have any tools with them, so we had to leave our bed frame there and the whole move out was very slow, considering we were in an apartment building and taking somebodies reserved time for the elevator.
Once the goods were picked up we were told that they will go to the storage and arrive in the beginning of November as agreed before. When we got to Vancouver and decided to follow up on the delivery date ,we were told that goods will not arrive until mid of November and we will have to pay for additional month of storage. Wooow!!! Well, there is not much you can do, since our rep Trey didn't leave us any other options and was overall very rude and you never can get in touch with his manager.
So, we have made all the necessary arrangements to be prepared to receive goods around mid November. And, guess what? On the morning of November 2nd, I receive an email from Trey that our goods will arrive the next day. Thanks God, we were able to free up our time from work, make all the arrangements with the elevator and get everything moved in. Heads up to the local Vancouver team who were very professional and quick with handling the move. And I am surprised that our goods were delivered safe and sound.
