Overall, a very good experience with this moving company. Things went smoothly from start until the very end. I needed to make the move from Toronto to Vancouver, so once the customer service confirmed the availability of the dates I was looking for, they sent me a booking agreement, which I secured by paying a deposit of $150, after which I provided the full item list that I needed to move and then I just waited for the pickup date. The movers arrived on time, treated my items with care and then I received the delivery undamaged. Safe, fast and without hassle, definitely recommended Centennial Moving.

Absolute nightmare. I cannot stress how they do not care even remotely if you have a concern or need information of any kind (even dates, estimates, anything at all)

They lost some of my furniture and basically disregarded my follow-up because it was out of the claim range. I do not want a claim. I want to know what happened to the rest of my bed! That was the whole reason I chose to use a mover instead of getting new stuff.

I was complicated to find a mover considering the fact that I received around 15 estimated from different companies.
Most of them had good reviews however my choice fell on Centennial Moving. I decided to use them just because the sales agent was on top of all my questions.

Roman and his crew were fantastic! It took them just 7 hours to pack up our 4-bedroom home and safely moved it all to our new home in BC. When the truck a rrived, it took them about another 6-7 hours to unload our stuff putting all the boxes and furniture in the rooms including reassembling. I was impressed how friendly and polite they were even at the end of the day. No extra surprise charges were applied as the sales agents we prompt in replying to all my questions in timely manner and disclosed all potential extra fees in advance. Will be the first choice for me in future.

The goods came to Toronto without any damages, every thing was wrapped in front of me properly and secured in to the truck. I was fascinated on how the mover was working, really fast and good service from the mover. The costumer support was polite and kind. the goods arrived sooner than I expected, and that was really good, because I needed them to be in Toronto as soon as possible, they took full responsibility for moving my items an time and they did it.

This is the second time I book Centennial Moving. Professional and efficient service providers. This time the move was not easy at all. But the agents and movers did their best. Almost two years ago I had different moving crews, but I should say they were both efficient and professional, very quick. This time I moved from 2 br house in QC to 3 br house in Toronto.
