Stan and the movers did a great job moving our stuff from ON to BC Thanks for the great service

Movers didnt pack our stuff properly because of lack of supplies and we received the goods damaged. We even had the extended warranty.
They lost our $1500 vacuum , damaged our mattress and book shelf and offered compensation of $11

I received a very assured and composed move from Centennial on my move from Alberta to Ontario. The office did a thorough check on the weight of my load via a good estimate. The movers arrived and did everything we required with an air of professionalism. Ten days later all my stuff arrived in great shape. At no stage did I think any negative thoughts. For future reference you will be the company that springs to mind for any relocation services.

I am so thankful that we made the right choice in Centennial for our long distance move from Regina to Toronto. The whole process turned out terrifically well. Kate, who gave me an accurate estimate and coordinated all the details for my move, was excellent, professional, and cordial. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The movers were so polite and helpful at both ends and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it at delivery. Every piece arrived in perfect condition . The best move ever thank you!!

Centennial proved to be the right company for my move from Kelwona BC to Toronto ON. It was the first time I used a company as it was moving so far a distance. I must say that all the way through everything was handled professionally by both the people in the office and the moving crews at my old and new house. The delivery crew arrived a couple of days before my originally estimated date ! They took all my requirements down and understood what the outline of my move was. I was moving the contents of my apartment in Calgary out to Toronto. I needed them to move the big furniture and protect my new floors at the delivery. They took their time with my large wardrobes and never once bumped into a wall or scuffed the item. The movers showed they are well experienced! Centennial came through and dealt me fine movers for my relocation.

Props going out to Centennial for moving me all in one piece from Edmonton to Toronto. I had to get there pretty quickly and they were able to fit me into their schedule. Jacob was easy to deal with in the office and always was on hand to help alleviate any concerns I had. I had the same movers at both ends and it meant that everything was set up perfectly.

We needed a long-distance transportation service out to Windsor Ontario and I went with Centennial, because I had to move there quickly. We checked out the website and reviews then a quick phone call to order a quote. Everything was crystal clear, nothing left out. A couple of emails later and we were ready to book. We were a little anxious as a couple of things were quite valuable, we need not have worried as both crews were such stand up guys. I really liked how they asked me questions and were eager to please. Don't stop giving this top level service.

Confirming as reported in many other reviews- charged for much more than true weight, offered fake scale receipt, upon pressing for a real receipt they said I can schedule my own weighing and then they'll pay the difference.

Take from this what you will. They will reply to this review telling you that everything was fine and I didn't have any complaints, that's because they had all my things and once I realized this was their business model I did not trust my goods to arrive safe and sound if I pushed them too far.

Fair is fair- the movers were pretty good. It's just the higher ups you need to worry about. I'd say get everything in writing, but they didn't honour that so I'd just go with a company without tons of bad reviews saying the same thing.
