Carpet installation in the basement was done professionally in one day. Kevin at Flooring Diva was great, helped me find a product that was in stock, in my price range and colour palette. Installed same week as the carpet selection. Great experience!

Floor Diva made several recommendations including prepping the existing subfloor, floor selection, stain colour for the adjacent stairs and railing (which was not in their scope, but completed by an installer recommended by Floor Diva) and paint colour. Can't say enough about this little team! Although it might take some time to get them initially as I think they're very busy, it's worth the wait. Sandali helped our vision come to life and spent a lot of time helping my husband and I to select just the right tiles from their great selection . They had much more to chose from than the other stores we'd seen, and at better prices too. The installer, Mike went above and beyond to make sure our mosaic tiles looked perfect, meticulously measuring everything and replacing a couple of them that didn't quite match. Both Mike and Sandali were easy to reach throughout the process, replying quickly to my texts and making sure we were going to be totally satisfied with the end result. Mike was always right on time, and we often left him alone in our house to do the work. We love our bathroom! Thanks Flooring Diva!
