Diva Flooring and the installer ‘Majic’ did a great job. Very professional and finished all trim work so beautifully. Cleaned up very nicely and took all the old floor away. So lucky to have a family run business who care about our community.

Needed to replace carpet due to allergies in new home, Floor Diva's team did the entire upstairs in a single day, so we didn't have to live though a flooring reno project when moving in.

I have only good things to say about the service, quality and workmanship from Flooring Diva. We recently installed hardwood flooring on an entire level of our home and the service we received from the team at every level was awesome. The staff at the store were very helpful throughout each step of the process and got back to us very quickly with answers to all our questions. John was the general contractor overseeing the job and he & his team were all amazing!! Their workmanship is 5 STAR and their attention to detail is impeccable. They were timely, courteous and respectful throughout the entire installation. The pride they have in the work they do is obvious as they kept me involved in every decision and made sure that I was happy with the final outcome. There were a few tricky areas that required special attention and their recommendations helped resolve the issue without adding any additional cost to the job. Everyone that comes into our home comments on how amazing the flooring looks, and they are especially impressed with the areas that would have been very difficult & tedious to cut around. There was one gentleman that did all the really difficult cutting and his precision & attention to detail is amazing!! John & his team take great pride in the work they do and it’s obvious in the final results after our installation. We also had a carpet runner installed on our staircase and are thrilled with how it turned out. Flooring Diva is my ‘go-to’ place for all my flooring installations and I recommend them to all of my family & friends too!

When renovating we had the opportunity to revisit Diva's, a company we've used many times in the past, on varying projects, with great results. We were wowed by their expanding store and the extremely wide choice of tiles at varying price levels. They were extremely accommodating and patient during the selection process - wanting us to be happy with our choice of tile and grout. The design facilitator has always been very good. The addition of an In House Designer to the team is fantastic and raises the bar even higher. We highly recommend this company.

Floor Diva recently supplied and installed laminate in the main floor of my house on rather short notice. Kevin prepared a nice detailed quote and described the various considerations of this specific job. The laminate is of very good quality, and the installers were fast with the job showing great workmanship. I would definitely discuss future floor projects with them.
