I haven’t written reviews before, but I feel a need to write this to prevent other people from going through what we went through with this company. Complete flooring is run by Tasha and her 2 teenage daughters. We liked that it is a local family run business and ordered some flooring and installation. Of course we had to pay upfront for the product and half the install. When 2 weeks later we didn’t hear anything from the company, we contacted Tasha. For the next 2 weeks our lives were covered by a dark cloud and all the faith we ever had in the good and decency of humans was severely shaken. Tasha would not return our calls; when we would catch her on the phone she always had to “call us right back”, but never did. We turned 4 days of our lives upside down trying to make arrangements to meet her somewhere to collect our product, but the times kept changing as they were just not convenient for her. The excuses and blaming of others were unprofessional at the very least. At one point we did meet and she brought the wrong product, then she blamed the warehouse for it. Trying to reason with this person was frustrating and futile, as she would just yell over and not give you a chance to talk. At the end we still ended up with the wrong colour floors, but we took it because it was better than nothing and we will just figure a way to deal with it. I can honestly say that this was the worst experience we have ever had with a company. We felt like we were an inconvenience in Tasha’s life and not her clients. Please learn from our mistake and listen to the reviews.
