I was trying to get in touch with An employee by the last three days in regard to the replacement off washer as advised in the credit note of Comerco No. 2833128. I failed to get in touch with this employee since he was occupied with deliveries and as per customer service he was the only person incharge to process the replacements orders.
I was stressed out and fed up with the same message that Employee is not in the office and that he will call you. Finally, on day 4th Harman picked my phone and very politely asked my problem. She is so smart, devoted and customer service oriented employee that she understand my problem, the stress and came up with the solution in couple hours. I am very pleased of her excellent service.
She changed my opinion of the company from negativity to positivity.
