On two previous moves, we had used BlueLine Moving (once including storage) and had no problems so we called them for this move (which also included storage). They were a little late arriving to pick up the furniture on the first move but other than that, everything went well. When we had them deliver the goods 3 months later, they were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 a.m. and never showed up until 7:30 p.m. I called several times during the day only to be told "They're coming." When they arrived, I was made to feel like 'what's your problem lady, we've been working hard all day and we're tired - get off our case!". But, that wasn't the worst of it. Because they were in such a rush to unload, there were two incidents of major damage plus several minor incidents of damage. My rosewood dining room suite had 2 deep gouges out of the wood and 1 minor scratch. These were total destruction to the unit and cost me $200 to repair and you can still see them.
Not only was there major delay and damage, but the worst part was their attitude. Oh well, things happen. No apology, no explanation, no nothing - just put up with it because it's done now.
Never ever ever would I use BlueLine Moving and Storage again or recommend them to anyone, even my worst enemies.
