They incorrectly rekeyed our locks and refuse to admit any error (choosing to blame us instead). They also refuse to fix the problem and refuse to refund the charges so we can go somewhere else to get the problem fixed.
Here is a direct quote from the owner: "Dear Sherilynn, my recommendation at this point would be to contact your new locksmith that you have recently hired to do a complete new rekey and master system of your building due to my (owner used a bad word here to describe her employee) blonde employee may have created a cross bitting. Thank you, Norma."
The problem with the rekey is they rekeyed two locks differently and provided us with two sets of keys, but both keys open one lock and no keys open the other lock. So we have one lock that can evidently be opened by several sets of keys, and we have no keys for our other lock and no way of knowing what the "bitting" code is in order to have keys made. As above, she finally admitted her employee's mistake with the "cross bitting."
However, when I asked for a refund on the incorrect rekey, she replied: "I will not refund the rekey/master charges because this was conducted correctly."
They have been completely unprofessional and rude to both myself and my staff, as if we are somehow to blame for their incompetence. Pretty sad considering the fact this is the fourth time the blonde employee has made mistakes on our jobs.
Furthermore, we have been subjected to the inconvenience of having to make multiple trips to their office to get all of these issues fixed. Not once did they offer to send a locksmith to the site to save us the effort to fix their mistakes.
I certainly would NOT recommend working with this company. (FYI, we had been using them for nearly 10 years.)
