We had so many issues with this air conditioner from the very beginning. They take FOREVER to come & fix their issues. They do not care about their customers. We are DYING of heat in our house, our dogs are about to faint. THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
so unbelievably disappointed..... we even initially recommend to some friends. what a mistake.
