the worst

the so called white glove delivery the staff were rude and left a mess.Now the table is developing cracks after only 2 months.The service department will not respond and even the BBB can not get them to even come and look.Do Not Buy From Them.

Bed frame

Bought bed frame it was fine for me waiting for 3month. After got so excited for the bed it came with broking corner the painting is garbage the mattress with same size didnt fit omg it was a nightmare. Went to the store and told them they ask me to bring it back to fix omg it a huge bed to bring out and in it was a nightmare with this company never going buy at any Ashley location and would tell everyone not to buy anything there

Awful Customer Service

Ashley Your customer care called me back only to tell me that I need to speak directly to the store as they have no capacity of resolving issues. I called the store again, and was told that the District manager Rohit is refusing to do anything. Spoke to a Dan at the Ashley North who was very unapologetic, confrontational and rude. He also said that he doesnt care what is posted on social media, and that customer reviews dont mean much. When I was paying cash for my purchase why didnt he tell me that customers dont mean anything? The lack of customer service is huge reflection of the junky overpriced products. What a circus. Such a run around. Please see pictures attached and advise how acceptable this is? I was initially sent no box springs, then I was sent over sized ones and then finally sent these that clearly are not a match. But yet Ashley refuses to accommodate a customer who has been inconvenienced. Seems like ethics are nonexistent here, within 48 hours, I connected with the store, advising I want this all returned, mattresses, bed frame, mattress pad and pillow, was told that I would hear back within the next few hours, those few hours turned into days, had I not called and called repeatedly I wouldnt have heard back from anyone. Why say that an issue will be rectified? When in fact its being dismissed and ignored. I have better things to do than waste my time. Im now seeing soooo many other customer reviews that are similar if not exactly the same as mine, its appalling that this is ok. Perhaps a complaint to consumer services, its a shame, buyers be aware.

Purchased furniture that had damages

Got the delivery and the fusion was cut as well as one of the armless chairs had thread damages.
Called the guest card and they gave me the run around and had someone come into repair it and those people said its not reparable.

No call back for 4days.
Called back and they are now giving me a 4 to 5 week timeframe to replace the cushion and fix the thread issue.
Absolutely horrible service.
I called Ashley and they said that they cant do anything about it and I would have to pay a 25% to replace the whole section

Horrible

Sales person was good but that is the end of the positive. Product was promised in 16 weeks, 28 weeks goes by and finally receive product damaged. Wait another three months for replacement. Discover more damage, they will not even come view damage. They don't appear to care. Damage wasn't reported within 48 hours so no warranty. Horrible customer service when you call care center. We will never buy from Ashley furniture again and we do not recommend this company. Absolutely unacceptable! BEWARE!!!

Terrible product and service

I ordered a pull out couch and was told it would be 6 weeks before arrival. The couch arrived 6 months later. Within 2 months this poorly made product was broken and stuck open in my living room. The costumer service I received was horrible. I was told basically to suck it up and it would take 2-4 wks for a tech to come over to assess. Knowing at this time the couch was stuck half open and closed in my living room making it complete I functional. The tech that came hardly touched it and stated yep thats really broken. Left in the same situation, the tech advised the couch be replaced. Head off called me to tell me they would only be replacing it the part and that it would be another 3 weeks before the part even arrives to the warehouse.

BUYERS BEWARE. Terrible cheap product and bottom of the barrel costumer service. Do not waste your money on Ashley Furniture.

Waste of money

Bought a dinning set. Chairs came damaged (after 5 months of waiting). They refuse to exchange or refund. Only want to repair. REPAIR!!! I bought a new set not a repair!!!! Worse costumer service, they won't even allow you to speak with a manager..... please read read read!!!!

Bad quality products and customer service

The sales Lady was very good. The sofa on the shop floor was what I wanted.
What happened after was extremely unacceptable.
The sectional sofa and Ottoman was delivered. One section was wrong as it faced the opposite way. This was sent back and a new one delivered a few weeks later. The new sectional sofa does not fit flush and a technician came out to fix it with no luck. Not a massive issue.
My main issue was the Ottoman which over hung on each side of it by about an inch. I said to the delivery driver that I didnt want to accept it as it looks terrible and didnt fit. He said, dont worry, list all your issues within 48 hours and they will be sorted.
They sent a new a technician to fix the issue. He came with a new covering and fitted it. As the issue was the unit itself being too big there was no change in the massive overhang.
After sending photos to their office they said it was within their standards. After more going back and forth they sent another technical out. The same result you cant fix a manufacturing default if something is too big. They said there was nothing they could do.
I then complained to the Better Business Bureau and Ashleys opened up the case again. This time they sent 2 technical over. They managed to fix 2 sides of the overhang but made the other 2 sides even worse. Also they made the inside of it very scrappy. They left and then I didnt hear anything back from them. I them phoned them again and again. Then there were some exchanging of emails. The last thing they said was:
Unfortunately the only thing left would be to send someone else out to have a look.
As per our Master Tech this is (within standards as far as he can tell the last Tech did a great job.
And these unit very rarely ever line right up, there is usually a bit of an overhang.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

All I wasnt was a replacement that fits or I swap it for the one on the show room floor.
How many times can a company send you circles is beyond me.
I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY FROM ANY ASHLEY STORES AND IF YOU DO, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF AN ITEM YOURE NOT HAPPY WITH.

Horrible experience

I purchased an item in December of 2021 online and was told it would take 16 weeks for delivery. After the 16 week period I was told the item would take another two to three months to arrive. At this point I demanded a refund and was told that I would be charged at 10% fee. For what? For an item I never received!? After a couple of calls with customer service I was able to get a full refund.
