My 40 gallon tank water heater rusted out and started leaking. I called Reliance Mackenzie and they were able to come out the next day to assess the possibility of installing a tankless unit. An appointment was scheduled the for the following day to remove and replace the old unit with the latest in tankless technology. Quaid did an outstanding job of neatly and efficiently installing the new unit which involved re-routing the gas line and coring two vent hole out the side of the concrete basement wall. All work was done to a high standard and I would definitely recommend Reliance to my friends & neighbours.
