Hamilton Granite

We hired Sasa (the owner of Hamilton Granite) to supply and install our kitchen counter top. They promised installation will be complete in the most 2 weeks, it took them about a month to just come in and do the initial measuring. About 2 months to complete the job after going back few times on the job because of screw-ups on their end. Shortly after installation, one corner around the sink cracked. Sasa did not round off the corners around the kitchen sink even after we suggested that he does. We've been trying to get him in to fix the crack or replace the slab for the past 7 months. They keep on promising that they will show up but never do. He accepted a cash payment from us and said he will give us a little bit of discount if we did not receive an invoice. So we agreed, a big mistake on our part, because now he will probably never even return our phone calls. Worst company to deal with! You need Granite, you DO NOT call Hamilton Granite!
