Where do I begin? The kitchen sink was leaking. I called afew places in regina and Aaron was the fastest and could make it out to my house within the hour. The guy looks at the leak for 30 seconds and says we needed a new faucet. Ok so $400 later we get a new faucet. Also he brought the wrong faucet from the wholesaler and had to make a second trip but he assured me that I won't be charged extra for his mistake because arrow charges by the job not by the hour. Guess what? Still leaking the next day. Aarow Plumbing sends his right hand man back out again but now he says we needed a $7 attachment for our portable dishwasher and that was the problem all along and he suspected that might have been the issue the day before. GREAT! So buddy installs the $7 piece of plastic. Voila! It works. So they don't refund our $400 spent on a useless new faucet. Noooo. I thought it was over because I had to pay 396.90 via credit card before the plumber left the first time and the second time he didn't mention that I have to pay especially since he told me I was charged by the job (leaking sink) I thought it was over. They instead send me another bill for $ 104.24. They had to come back out you see. It was an inconvenience to them I guess. I called and talked to"customer service" He argues and talks over me for 20 mins and tells me he's going to phone someone and call me back. We never got a call back. Installing hardware I didn't need and charging me for the service call to come and fix for original problem.
