My mother had used the company before so we were familiar with the quality of their products. We were not disappointed. The gentleman who came to measure offered many options, and was very nice and professional to deal with. The drapes arrived in 4-5 weeks and the installation went very well.

We required drapes for our living room and family room. We received several quotes and based our decision on the price and the professional response. We had them come by to measure, show fabrics and assist us in choosing the fabric.

I am very disappointed with the "experts" at Mayfair drapes. The salesperson came in and measured my son's window for blinds. When the blinds were installed, the blackout blinds let in light around the edges and the light hit my son in the face. I was told it was my fault for not explicitly asking for a "black out system". The solution they offered was for me to buy drapes to stop the light at the sides for an additional $340. The sales team did not return my phone calls and when they did they left to serve customers in the retail store. I would expect "experts" selling blinds for a child's south facing bedroom would have taken the time to review all the options.

I needed custome vertical blinds for my balcony door in my Condo. Mayfair came and did the measurements and brought lots of samples so I could match the paint and other items in the room. When they were made, the installer came and it was a breeze. I have even had to followup to get a few accessories and they were very helpful.

Blinds were Levelor, great solid product, not the cheap ones found in other stores. Came to our house and measured everything, they were all correct. Installation could have been better, but they came when they said and all is good. Great to see a Canadian company stay competitive and offer good products

The service was first class. The prices for the drapery and sheers were extremely attractive and the results were awesome. They make the room and the house. SPECTACULAR.
The only suggestion is that if you are a perfectionist, don't go for the shutters. They are very expensive and somewhat imperfect.
All the same, the drapes are the most beautiful anywhere, and we travelled everywhere for a year looking.
