Bought a piece of furniture. When I went to pay for it I changed my mind and did not want it delivered. She made a bit of a fuss but then she took it off my bill. When I got my bank statement I was charged for delivery. I have tryed to call Artemano stores to try and talk to someone and called customer service. I am getting no where.I don't know what else to do.I am So made for being charged for a service I didn't even get. Who does that.
We found the perfect table at Artemano store in Ottawa. We had the possibility to select our table from three they had in stock, as every table is a unique piece. Good service to help wrap it and put in our vehicule.
Bought a very unique table from this store. It was delivered damaged. It took over weeks for them to get back to me after i complaibed. The atore manager would ignore myncalls or pass me off to someone else. After a month i finally got a call from their Montreal office. A monthblater i had a delivery date only to have it cancelled the day of becasue the table wasnt on the truck. I stayed home again today and they delivered the wrong table and it was damaged. This company doea not care about their custoners or after sales service!
