Burkes did an outstanding job on our reconstruction after a fire. They provided excellent customer service and communication, paid great attention to detail and completed the work on time. Their construction workers were always polite and respectful of my in-law co-owners (seniors). Even when we made it known that we would be selling after completion, their approach did not change. In fact, they made recommendations and took steps to enhance resale value. I highly recommend Burke's for any Fire restoration project.

I selected Burke's to restore my home after a fire. At first everything was great. They treated myself and my family great and were very considerate of what we had been through. Then they put another sub-contractor on the job. Items went missing, the work was rushed and there are still areas in my house with a smoke smell. Nothing is perfect - and at the beginning I thought that they would be excellent. Unfortunately, the shoddy workmanship done by the contractor the selected and their inability to resolve the issue left me wishing I had selected another company.

Burkes was recommended by our insurance company to help us after we had a flood in our basement! EVERYONE who was sent to our house from Burkes was very polite, efficient and respectful of our house, possessions! They cleaned up the flood, organized all our possessions with a very accurate list of everything that was damaged (including walls and carpet), and had everything removed in just 3 days! Communication was not a problem, if there was a time (which was rare) that I was unable to get a hold of Mark, I received a call back within minutes! They did an excellent job repairing the walls and cleaning up after themselves! In the future, when we do renovations, we will not hesitate to call Burkes!!!

Burkes was selected as the company to restore my basement post a flood. All in all I am very happy with the work. The crew took heir time to do it right, and if it wasn't right, they made it right. As their contractors specialize, some of the work outside the specialty could have been done better.

In some cases communication suffered, in particular with the project manager.

Really enjoyed the promptness. Renovator returned phone calls in a timely manner. Staff was very personable and did high quality work. Renovator did a very nice clean up of the premises prior to leaving.
