This was an insurance claim, so there was no urgency to the work being completed. Was initially impressed with the first contact and subsequent material describing the process. From there it went downhill fast. Communication was abysmal, After no contact I called to find out when the work was scheduled, only to be passed from one person to the next because now someone new was dealing with the file; promised to show up one day and not arriving until days later, but without notifying us; extra ordered material was installed not as we had specified (leading to "extra" material left over!);,the office asked where the truck should be parked on installation but despite that the crew did what they wanted anyway. From ruined flower beds to picking up lunch wrappers all over our acreage, I was not impressed. The crew did work fairly quickly and a quality control visit was made a few days later.
