Exorbitant charge to fix his mistakes

Efficient and quick, true, when installing my new water heater , but left it sticking out in the room and then charged $230 to put it back in the right place. Then tried to tell me that he put it back where it was. Came late, was here for 1 hr 20 min max, charged for 2 hrs. Does what's quickest and easiest without thinkig or asking the customer. Avoid avoid avoid.
